FHS Living to Launch in Paris as New Hospitality Investment Platform

FHS Living to Launch in Paris as New Investment Platform for Europe’s Living Asset Classes

Paris, France – The Bench has announced the launch of FHS Living, a new investor-led platform focused on Europe’s living real estate sectors. The event is scheduled to debut in February 2027 in Paris as part of the Future Hospitality Summit series.

FHS Living will focus on asset classes including branded residences, student accommodation, senior living, serviced living, co-living, club concepts, shared ownership, mixed-use developments, and hotels.

The new platform joins The Bench’s existing Future Hospitality Summit portfolio, which includes FHS World, FHS Saudi Arabia, FHS Africa, and FHS Egypt.

According to JLL, Europe’s living sector attracted EUR 46.9 billion in investment in 2025. Savills projects that a further EUR 50 billion in capital could be deployed across the sector over the next three years.

Despite this level of activity, the sector has lacked a dedicated investment-focused forum bringing together capital allocators, developers, operators, and other stakeholders. FHS Living is being positioned to address that gap by connecting global capital with opportunities across Europe’s living asset classes.

The two-day program will include a curated investment marketplace, pre-scheduled one-on-one investor meetings, a dedicated Deal Room, a Leadership Stage, and guided site tours of active projects in Paris. Planned sessions include “Where Capital Is Moving: Living Sectors as the Next Frontier” and “Branded Residences in Focus: Global Demand, Premium Pricing & Scalable Growth.”

The Bench said FHS Living has already secured 40 Founding Advisors from the living and real estate investment sectors. Advisors include Marloes Knippenberg, CEO of Kerten Hospitality, and Dirk Bakker, CEO of Necron Group. Additional advisors are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

Jonathan Worsley, Chairman of The Bench, said: “Over the past three decades, I have had the privilege of bringing together the global hospitality investment community. Today, we are at another inflection point. Capital is being deployed across an entirely new generation of living assets, and the industry needs a forum that reflects how that capital is actually moving – across sectors, geographies, and disciplines.”

FHS Living builds on the wider Future Hospitality Summit series. In 2025, the series attracted more than 3,000 C-level decision-makers, including 621 investors managing more than $11 trillion in assets. The events also facilitated $3 billion in business opportunities and saw 29 hotel signings announced.

The inaugural FHS Living event is expected to bring together investors, developers, operators, and advisors focused on Europe’s expanding living real estate market.
